The practical details about working with InfiniQore, from the first conversation to responsible implementation.

Getting started

How do I know if my business is ready for AI?

Start with a business challenge, not technical expertise. If your team is spending time on repetitive work, struggling with handoffs, or looking for clearer information to support decisions, there may be an opportunity worth exploring. We assess the fit with your processes, data, systems, and team before recommending a starting point.

Who is InfiniQore for?

We work with small and midsize business owners and leaders across industries who want practical help getting started with AI, improving operations, and creating room to grow. Our team brings experience across operations, sales, finance, and customer service. We serve clients remotely throughout the United States.

What happens in the free introductory consultation?

The free 30-minute conversation helps us understand your business challenges, identify a few potential AI opportunities, and recommend a practical starting point. You do not need to have AI figured out beforehand. A detailed assessment or implementation plan can be scoped after this exploratory conversation.

What if AI isn’t the right solution?

We give candid advice about where AI can help. When a simpler process improvement or an existing tool better serves your goals, we recommend that approach. Our work starts with what your business needs.

How do we request a consultation?

Consultation requests are opening soon. When requests become available, you will be able to share your name, work email, company, and a brief description of your business challenge. Our team will aim to respond within one business day to arrange a free 30-minute conversation.

Services & delivery

Can we choose individual services or a combined engagement?

Yes. AI opportunity assessment and strategy, hands-on implementation, team training, and ongoing support are available separately or as a combined engagement. Assessment and strategy is our recommended starting point; clients with a clear need can begin with implementation or training.

What do we receive from an AI assessment?

A prioritized list of AI opportunities, a practical implementation roadmap, agreed measures of success, and an estimated budget and timeline for the recommended solutions. Estimates reflect the known scope and dependencies and are refined as the implementation is defined.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

We first assess your current systems and how your team uses them. We recommend changes only when they make practical sense for your goals, budget, and operating needs. Our approach is system agnostic; specific integrations depend on available access and tool capabilities.

How soon will we see results?

We agree on a realistic timeline and measures of success after assessing the opportunity. Implementation usually begins with a focused pilot that we test with your team, review for value, and refine before expanding. Timing depends on the workflow, data readiness, integrations, and team involvement.

How much time will our team need to commit?

We ask clients to provide a point of contact and involve relevant employees in discovery, testing, and training. We agree on the expected time commitment, responsibilities, and review points during scoping so your team can plan around its day-to-day work.

How do you help our employees learn to use AI?

We provide hands-on sessions tailored to your team’s roles and workflows, supported by reusable guides and a recorded walkthrough. Employees can revisit the training and use it to help onboard new team members. Training covers practical use, appropriate data handling, and reviewing AI outputs.

Who controls the accounts and data after implementation?

You retain control of your business data and accounts. Wherever practical, tool subscriptions are held in your name. Every implementation includes a handoff package with workflow documentation, tool settings, review procedures, and clear ownership so your team can manage the solution confidently.

What ongoing support is available?

Choose a monthly support plan or support as needed. Depending on the agreed scope, support can include workflow improvements, troubleshooting, refresher training, and a review of results. Scope, cadence, availability, response expectations, and pricing are agreed for each engagement.

How are engagements priced?

Each engagement is scoped and priced around your goals and needs after the introductory consultation. We discuss deliverables, responsibilities, budget, and timeline before work begins. Tool subscriptions and other external costs are identified as part of planning.

Responsible AI

How do you approach business data and privacy?

We consider what information a workflow needs, who should have access, and how the selected tools handle data. Specific controls are agreed in the context of your systems and requirements. Sensitive information should not be placed into an AI tool without appropriate review and authorization.

Will AI replace the judgment of our team?

Our approach keeps people involved in important decisions. We focus on assisting teams, reducing repetitive work, and defining appropriate review and approval points. Your business remains responsible for its decisions and operating policies.

Can AI make mistakes?

Yes. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for the task. We build testing, review, and verification into workflows and training so your team knows what to check and when to question or escalate a result.

Can you guarantee savings or growth?

No specific financial or operational outcome is guaranteed. We agree on relevant measures, establish a baseline where possible, and review changes. Website examples illustrate possible applications and are not presented as client results.
